Final Community service Self-Reflection

 Reflection:

1- organization

I volunteered in YAS Marina Circuite .There are events there we organized the event .This is a big celebrate ,many people came there from different country ,because this event happen once a year.I subscribe in this volunteer because I like the events

2- best part

My best part is how you can be a great leader ,because if you can a good leader you can get a good respect from the others.My group was amaze for how can be organized this event in a short time and less practice.The organized was great ,because all of them they liked the thing what we should to do for the event .And the leader give us love cooperation then all of us be enthusiastic.

3- support the community

When you do this job free of charge you feel you help the community to do the things what you love it.And you can innovate for any things if you love it .In the first I don't accept do the work with out incentive ,but when I started the job I satisfied I can help the community with out opposite thing.

4- short summary

 The material that we covered was very interesting and useful in our daily life , because we encountered with new ideas and topics .Our teacher is an underestanding and supportive person , which lead us to lean for his help in some situation .His teaching style was very clear and understandable , not only he taught , but made us enjoy at the same time .He makes the students love art and what he teaches .We benefitted from it in so many different ways .He guided us to the right paths and simplified it .He taught us concepts to innovate and develope ourselfes , and our talents , and ambitions in life.

After the completion of our volunteer work , we met with the associates and managers . They were very proud and pleased with our great effort because we contributed with their organization and worked well enough to prove our skills

I witnessed the opening ceremony of the formula race on the fourth day. We didn't expect to have this much number of visitors. My role was to receive the tickets from the visitors. My shift was from nine o'clock in the morning to nine o'clock evening. We faced some difficulties at the beginning of the ceremony due to the having lots of visitors that we didn't expect like the past years.

the third day was great  because we have performed couple of interviews with people with experience in Ferrari circuit and we have tooked the information that could help us in our project.

Second day for us in the circuit of Yas, we started about 3 pm, on that dayWe met with the organizers and they gave us instructions that we must do them. We listened to the organizers and we organized the movement of buses and we have direct visitors to the correct seats

Was a beautiful day and fun at the Yas circuit and organization was also wonderful because of the presence of a large team of organizers, the most interesting part, when we have established training in organizing buses, tomorrow is the first day in the Ferrari Championship.

Purpose / what do you wish to accomplish?

This volunteering will help people to move smoothly and can go to the concert without any barriers and reach to right way.

Time/ schedule: students will volunteer for how many hours / week? Days?

We will volunteer for 5 day first day will be for getting the information and see the location to be familiar with the place. The second day will be for the practice for the volunteers to get start and the rest of the day will be the event.

The timing will be for the first day 6 hours and the rest of the days will be 12 hours from 10 am to 10 pm.

To be successful what need to be done?

Listen to the instruction given from the organizer

Train the trainer and give them all the information

Following the rules

Try to doing the best you can to keep the event going smooth

Coming on time (punctuality )

Give the organizer the result of the work

What are the Benefits to the participants? (Both volunteers and recipients)

For the volunteers will get experience in organizing and to communicate with the public.
